car wont start…makes no noise at all, had battery cleaned and all wiring and fluids checked…..what could be wrong

I have a medium size dent (about 1 foot in diameter) on the body of my car. I think it goes about 3 inches deep.
There are various dent repair kits around, but I was wondering if they can handle a considerably large dent like I have. Does anyone have experience with them?
